Service Information in Arizona

Kiva Networks provides various high speed Internet service, depending on your location.  All accounts include up to 5 email addresses and the ability to suspend service while away for the summer.  Please see the information below for more details.

Pricing (all broadband services):

* 6 Month Plan is prepaid only.  You save $5 a month with this plan!

** Maximum speed.  Speeds can not be garanteed due to potential bottlenecks with computer hardware, routers, modems, line noise, wireless signal, or OS performance.  We make every effort to provide optimal connections, and typically speed problems are not due to network congestion.

Installation Information:

•  Wireless:  Up to $99 if wireless device is needed
•  DSL:  $99.95 - Includes DSL modem, basic installation to 1 computer or router, 2 DSL noise filters (for phones)

Vacation Mode - Suspending your Service:

All of our customers who purchse service have the option to put their account in "vacation mode".  This allows you to suspend your service while away for the summer or a long vacation.  While your account is suspended, your billing and service will stop and you will not be charged for usage while in the mode.  Email service will continue to work.  Since this option is provided to customers who typically leave for the summer months, Vacation Mode can only be used once a year.  To do this, simply send an email to support@kivanetworks.com or call 888-548-2638.
